These terms govern your use of the Gapple website (gappledata.com) and client portal, operated by Green Apple Consulting LLC (“Gapple,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or portal, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

This site describes our data automation, process improvement, and Fabric & Power BI reporting services. Clients we work with also get access to the Gapple portal, a secure, private login where they can view their own live reports and manage their account.

Your account

Portal accounts are set up by us for our clients — there’s no public sign-up. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and not sharing access with anyone who shouldn’t have it. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know right away through the support page in your portal.

Acceptable use

The portal is for viewing your own business’s reports and managing your own account. Don’t attempt to access another client’s data, probe the portal for vulnerabilities, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Green Apple Consulting LLC. Your own business data, and the reports built from it, remain yours — we host and present them, we don’t claim ownership of them.

No warranty

Reports and information provided through the portal are for informational purposes to support your business decisions — they’re not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice, and we don’t guarantee any specific business outcome from using them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Apple Consulting LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the portal.

Your service engagement

If you’re a client, the specific scope, pricing, and terms of the work we do for you are set out in your engagement with us — where those terms and this page differ on anything related to your engagement, your engagement terms govern.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
