Green Apple Consulting LLC (“Gapple,” “we,” “us”) provides data automation, process improvement, and Fabric & Power BI reporting services to small businesses, including a client portal at gappledata.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it’s protected.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you send us.

When you sign in to the client portal: your account is created and managed by us on your behalf. Sign-in itself is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID, which shares your email address and display name with us. We never see or store your password.

When you use the portal: you may optionally add or update a primary contact (name, title, email, phone) on your account, and submit support requests (category, message, and an optional best-time-to-reach-you note).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and support the client portal, and deliver the reporting services you’ve engaged us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data stays isolated to your business

If you’re a reporting client, your reports and business data are never visible to any other client. Each client’s data lives in its own isolated workspace, and our portal is built specifically so one client’s login can never see another’s information.

Third-party services

We use a small number of established, reputable service providers to run this site and portal — each only for a specific, limited purpose: secure sign-in, cloud hosting, and delivering emails from our contact and support forms. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The portal uses one cookie to keep you securely signed in — nothing else. For understanding site traffic, we use privacy-respecting analytics that don’t use cookies and don’t track you individually across sites. We don’t use advertising trackers of any kind.

Data retention and your requests

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. If you’d like to access, correct, or delete your information, reach out through our contact page and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s privacy

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
